How do I buy your pieces?

A lot of our rings appeared as “SOLD OUT” and that can be super frustrating. But it is just one lady creating magic :) I do my best to accommodate everyone and create unique pieces. I do everything from make and design, to market and customer service. Theres only so many rings I can offer at one time while still producing quality work.

 

Each antler necklace is made to order, and we always have plenty of antler tips in stock. Each antler is totally unique so if you are after something specific email me !

 I ordered a custom ring, but it is the wrong size. What do I do?

I urge everyone to get their fingers sized before committing to purchasing a custom, or made to order ring. I work in US ring sizes, and can do whole, half and quarter sizes. Resizing is just as time consuming as the initial construction of the ring. So if you need a ring resized there is a FEE of $50 and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost. If I mess up your ring size I will gladly fix the issue with for no cost, we are sure to check each piece multiple times before sending them out.

What is a SHED antler?

The antlers we use in our jewelery at Mountain Made, are natural shed antlers. Each spring the deer lose “shed” their antlers to grow new larger ones by the fall. We go out and collect them, and then turn them into beautiful wearable pieces of nature.

Refunds and Returns:

Here at mountain made, I strive for your satisfaction and do all I can to ensure your item arrives safely, if something has broken in transit let me know immediately and we will work together to rectify this. Custom pieces, and made to order rings are non refundable. Please be sure to read the listings ! Most information about indiviual pieces can be found there. Please contact me with any questions, concerns or comments BEFORE purchasing.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I love doing custom orders! Best way to get started is to shoot me an email. I can send you pictures of stones and previous work for inspiration.

When will my item ship:

This depends, typically all pieces including customs go out within 3-5 business days. If I expect a longer turn around time you will be notified. Everything is shipped via USPS first class and will have tracking. At the check out you can choose priority shipping for an additional cost.

 Shipping within the US via first class shipping is usually around 5 business days, and with priority is usually 2-3 business days.

 Upgrading shipping does not change our production time, just the amount of time the package once posted will take to get to you.
